Personalized Fitness Programming
With my personalized programming, you will receive weekly programs designed specifically for you, your goals, and your interests. I provide tutorials on each exercise in your program, as well as give you feedback on your form and progress. I recognize that everyone has different strengths, preferences, and interests, which all are taken into consideration. Your fitness journey is YOURS and should be something that you love.
Nutritional Guidance
Nutrition is a vital aspect of fitness and health. I believe in a balanced approach, where everything fits, while still fueling your body with the nutrients it thrives on. I provide grocery list ideas, meal ideas, and recommendations.
Support and Community
My approach to coaching is judgment-free, supportive, and inclusive. I understand that a fitness journey is a very personal experience and I want it to be the best experience for you! You will be able to message me Monday through Friday. I encourage you to ask questions and update me on everything so that you can get the most out of your personal training journey.
